Reggie's skin is blue. Is she being choked or something?
Oh, it's just an artistic choice to help separate her from the background. The scene is essentially; Conelly does something incredibly bold and risque', to which Reggie is nervously embarrassed by what's happening, similar to a harem anime MC.
